
The back end operations team which includes Mr. Ramprasad who looks after the Dialer Maintenance are the popular members of the team. The Dialer department which will be supporting a growing outbound function and to add significant value through enhanced performance by supporting the team to deliver improved DMC ( Destination Management Company) and sales conversions, through highly effecting Dialer, Data analysis and management. There will also be a future opportunity to help the business in assessing and procuring future technologies as the team and department evolves.
THE DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Work with supplier of the dialer software to ensure complete optimization of dialer function as well as best use of data provided.
- Deliver effective dialing strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns.
- To provide accurate dialer analysis and MI, making recommendations for optimizing KPI’s and enhancing campaign success.
- Ensure that this MI is accurate and timely.
- Advising senior management on best strategies to maximize use of the dialer and lists available.
- Liaise with colleagues in IT to ensure correct selection of key data and creation of dialing lists for outbound campaigns.
- Analyze the quality and quantity of leads available to us across campaigns, planning monthly calling patterns appropriately.
- To deliver effective dialing strategies to enhance the success of multiple outbound sales campaigns.
- Optimize resource and KPI achievement through monitoring and managing real-time adherence.
- To drive increased sales levels and productivity through use of the dialer system and associated tools and the software.
- Identify possible needs for improvement in processes, learning and systems and refer them to senior management.
- Be the key contact and liaison point for the by the supplier of our dialer technology.
- Build professional relationships with peers, colleagues and internal customers across the entire business to deliver and exceed targets – both personal and team.

Mr. Ramprasad has proven experience working as a Dialer Manager worked with outbound teams or departments. He also works on his own initiative to drive better performance and help consult, support and lead the business with regards to dialer and data strategies.
