Roles & Responsibilities:
- He assists the Manager operations in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
- Coordinates daily regarding the customer service operations ( eg. Sales Processes, Orders and payments).
- Tracks the executives Progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives, and provides the timely feedback.
- Evaluates employee performance and identifying hiring and training needs.
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
- Analyze customer behavior and adjust product positioning.
- Handle complaints from customers.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that the team is performing and exceeding expectations.
- Has to make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines.
- He’s experienced with recruiting and performance evaluation processes.
- He has good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales strategies.
